Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is a leading membership warehouse club seeking team members for general warehouse activities. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, move goods to staging areas, and verify counts with handheld scanners as part of everyday operations.

This Omni Experience Ambassador role focuses on digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, emphasizing teamwork, safety and member service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicates inventory issues.
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized work area and adheres to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Meets productivity and performance metrics and supports club leadership as needed.
