Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list and moving items from the sales floor to staging areas. The role uses handheld RF scanners to verify counts and locations while supporting digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to club policies, with a focus on fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
