Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support omni-channel initiatives and general warehouse activities. The role involves pulling merchandise from pick lists, verifying counts with an RF scanner, and moving items to staging for pickup, curbside, or ship-from-club operations.

Candidates should have prior order pulling experience and familiarity with big-box/wholesale retail environments. Physical requirements may include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize an RF handheld scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare orders for pickup or curbside.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate with team to replenish merchandise as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the SFC area and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Meet productivity metrics and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
