Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including picking from a list, moving items to staging, and using a handheld scanner to verify counts. The role supports digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

The position requires strong teamwork, adherence to club policies, and a proactive attitude to meet productivity metrics and safety standards in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use a handheld scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely order preparation.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the club team.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC area and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
