Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to handle picking orders, use RF scanners, and support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. You will ensure accurate inventory and maintain a safe, efficient work environment within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include processing orders, packing securely, and meeting productivity metrics while upholding club standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicates inventory issues.
• Ensures productivity and meets SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
