Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, including pulling items from pick lists, moving merchandise to staging, and using handheld scanners for accuracy. You will contribute to a seamless member experience across BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and a strong focus on member satisfaction, with regular, predictable attendance and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area and adheres to club policies.
