Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador for the warehouse to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Responsibilities include pulling merchandise from pick lists, using RF scanners to verify counts, and moving items to staging areas while upholding Gold Club standards and safety guidelines. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and friendly service, with a focus on safety and inventory control in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory needs or issues.
• Ensure orders are pulled in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and deadlines.
• Securely package the order and maintain a neat SFC area; perform general housekeeping as needed.
