Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, pulling merchandise from pick lists, using handheld scanners, and moving items to staging areas. You will work within all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, ensuring accurate counts and efficient service for members.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a fast pace, while delivering consistent member experiences and upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Ensure timely completion to meet productivity metrics.
• Maintain a neat, safe SFC area and follow SOPs.
