Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse tasks such as pulling merchandise from pick lists, using RF scanners, and moving items to staging areas. You will support digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

This role requires strong teamwork and adherence to club standards while maintaining safety and efficiency. The position emphasizes fast, accurate order fulfillment with attention to productivity goals

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize handheld RF scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for shipping or pickup.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and report expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
• Assist with replenishment and ensure timely completion of all orders to meet productivity targets.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure neat, clean SFC area; handle returns per procedure.
