Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented individual for warehouse-style roles supporting omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

You will pull merchandise from a pick list, verify counts with a handheld scanner, and move items to staging areas while following club policies and safety standards. The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, accuracy, and collaboration within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience is preferred.
• Order pulling experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately.
• Use handheld scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure correct locations.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and expired items on the pick list.
• Ensure timely picks to meet productivity goals and SLAs.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
