Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a dependable Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club within the warehouse.

You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with an RF scanner, and move items to the staging area while delivering strong member service and teamwork. The role requires efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with club leadership to meet productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely completion of orders.
