Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring for an Omni Experience Ambassador in a warehouse setting. You will handle order pulling, use RF scanners to verify items, and move merchandise from sales floor to staging areas while following SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

We value accuracy, speed, teamwork, and a strong commitment to member satisfaction as you support digital initiatives and daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Utilize RF handheld device to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise to staging area and coordinate with team for replenishment.
• Ensure orders are picked timely to meet productivity goals and SOPs.
