Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Duties include pulling merchandise from pick lists, using RF scanners, and moving items to staging areas, while upholding safety and club policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, accuracy, and member-centric service in a fast-paced warehouse setting with a strong focus on meeting productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and note expired/short-dated items on the pick list.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
