Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse duties, pull merchandise from pick lists, and assist in BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club initiatives. You will ensure accuracy, move items to staging, and support policy compliance with a team-focused attitude.

The role emphasizes delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining a clean, safe environment for members and coworkers alike.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise to staging area and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC area and follow SOPs.
