Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list and moving items to staging areas. You will use handheld RF scanners, verify counts, and support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and meeting productivity standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to members. Previous RF scanner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses a handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicates inventory issues.
