Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse and club operations. You will process member purchases, pull orders using an RF scanner, and move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area with accuracy and urgency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering excellent member service while supporting multiple digital initiatives. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have prior order-pulling experience.
• Experience in big box/wholesale retail is preferred.
• RF scanner experience is preferred and helps productivity.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner.
• Use RF scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues to teammates.
• Ensure all orders are picked promptly to meet productivity goals.
