Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador for its warehouse operations. You will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and member satisfaction.

The role focuses on accurate picking, staging merchandise, and maintaining a safe, responsive environment for our members. Weekly pay and membership benefits are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and replenish as needed.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and assist with resolving problems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
