Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and digital initiatives across BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. The role emphasizes accurate picking, fast service and member-focused excellence.

The position requires teamwork, adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to BJ’s GOLD standards while delivering a high-quality member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for shipment or pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized OMNI Space and adhere to safety standards.
