Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will assist members by pulling orders, using handheld scanners, and ensuring accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders using handheld devices preferred.
• Experience in big-box/wholesale environments preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling orders.
• Use RF handheld scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and communicate issues.
• Maintain clean, safe OMNI space and adhere to SOPs.
