Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse duties, pulling merchandise from pick lists and moving stock to staging areas. You will use handheld RF scanners to verify counts and support digital initiatives across BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club, while upholding club standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on safe, accurate order fulfillment and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders using RF scanner and fulfill from pick lists.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and update inventory.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Provide friendly, fast service to members.
