Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items to staging, and using an RF scanner to verify counts and locations. You’ll support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club while upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Moves merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and replenishes inventory as needed.
• Ensures all orders are picked timely to meet productivity requirements and deadlines.
