Michaels Stores is seeking a store team member in Cincinnati to assist customers, manage merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help shoppers locate products, enroll customers in Rewards programs, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

The role emphasizes reliable cash handling, stock maintenance, and adherence to SOPs while providing a positive in-store experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a checkout efficiently.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandising best practices.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and merchandising, assist with returns and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact positively with teammates and customers; model the company values.
• Cross training in Custom Framing selling and production.
