Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Roseville, MN store for a customer-focused team member. You will help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll also assist with truck unload, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Responsibilities include participating in BOPIS/SFS, enrollments in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, and cross-training in Custom Framing selling

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate cash handling
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and handle returns
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
• Interact professionally with customers and be a brand role model
