Michaels Stores is seeking a friendly Store Team Member for MSP-ROSEVILLE, MN to assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery duties to keep shelves in-stock and aligned with our Brand Promises. Must be able to stand, lift, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; minimum age 16.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
