Job summary

Michaels LI-MANHASSET, NY store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery while supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) opportunities. The role includes cross-training in Custom Framing sales and maintaining in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain stock, merchandised, and recovery including returns/go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
