Responsibilities

• Collaborate with support, training, and billing departments.
• Coordinate with client's IT services/third parties when needed.
• Assist clients as a product specialist (questions, troubleshooting, updates).
• Engage in individual and team-based problem solving.
• Work with Tier 2/Escalation Support Representatives.
• Connect to clients via remote software.
