Job summary

You will support daily department operations to advance projects, mitigate issues, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and project management experience.
• Previous experience in medical or dental software is preferred.
• Familiar with teleconferencing and meeting web technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coaching and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation process, coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams, and drive on-time project completion.
• Provide personalized coaching to team members to optimize project management and identify growth opportunities.
• Verify consistent reporting of project issues and challenges related to training or data conversion.
• Review project status and provide actionable feedback and plans of action.
• Set quality, measurable goals and maintain records of attendance and weekly contributions.
• Maintain knowledgebase content and prepare presentations, scripts, and process guides for the team.
