Job summary

CD Newco LLC d/b/a Curve Dental in Provo, Utah seeks a Strategic Account Leader to guide onboarding for Curve Hero with Dental Service Organizations. You will lead best-practice discussions, coordinate training programs, and work hands-on with data migrations to ensure a successful partnership.

You will collaborate with PMs, data services, and training teams to deliver outcomes, manage risk, and enhance client success and satisfaction throughout onboarding and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with teleconferencing and meeting web technologies is preferred.
• Ability to present and train with confidence to high level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS and basic hardware/network understanding.

Responsibilities

• Positioning with offices at early sales cycle stages to discover needs and plan onboarding projects.
• Coordinate tasks and processes; outline the vision and define the roadmap with clear deliverables; ensure timelines.
• Liaise between Project Managers, Conversions Technicians and Trainers to maintain workflow and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify risks and provide the best solution; question decisions and timelines to align dependencies.
• Lead discussions with client management to define current processes and future training.
• Develop training curriculum and materials in various media (flipbooks, webinars, tutorials, videos).
• Prepare onsite live support for final onboarding steps and data fixes; staff onsite as needed.
• Maintain long-term relationships through account management and provide updates to product needs.
