Job summary

Curve Dental, a leading dental practice management software company, invites an Implementation Coordinator to join our Provo team. You will act as the project manager and primary liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver implementations on time and within scope.

You will coordinate training, data conversion, and system setup while ensuring high customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Project/Implementation Management, especially leading change for enterprise software solutions.
• Understanding of common industry standard business practices in dental or medical fields.
• Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Netsuite, Windows and Mac OS is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially phone and email.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and plan implementations.
• Set and manage client expectations and communicate project plans and timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementation projects and track progress.
• Coordinate client training, data conversion, and setup with internal teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and roadblocks during implementations.
• Acquire signoff of key deliverables from clients as required.
• Adhere to company policies and standards in all tasks.
