• Conduct policy and account reviews; quote and write new commercial business.
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, and underwriting requirements.
• Gather information for underwriting and manage renewal follow-ups.
• Build long-term relationships with commercial customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Generate referrals and develop new commercial relationships.
• Maintain documentation and follow up on underwriting items.
• Assist with agency growth initiatives ~20% of the time.
• Collaborate with leadership to hit production and retention goals.
