Qualifications

• Active or attainable state insurance producer license (P&C, Commercial Lines).
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales.
• Strong understanding of Property, Liability, Workers’ Comp coverages.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
