Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial lines business growth through identifying leads and building client relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments and offer tailored commercial insurance solutions.
• Negotiate favorable rates with underwriters and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.

Skills

Proven track record of building and growing a commercial lines book of business and success in new client acquisition

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products

Strong networking skills

Ability to analyze complex commercial risk

Proficiency in agency management systems

Education

Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
