Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Onsite manufacturing role with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing team and oversee daily operations.
