Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in attracting, retaining, motivating, and developing high performing, diverse teams.
• Experience in unionized manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency using manufacturing software and systems for inventory management and production planning, including ERP systems.

• Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing team, ensuring productivity and a positive working environment.

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
