Job summary

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Representative to build relationships within the Oklahoma City area and its surroundings. You will drive membership growth by creating partnerships and promoting RBFCU products and services through community events and sponsorships.

The role requires cold calling, event attendance, and strong communication to represent the credit union professionally. Weekend/evening availability and valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Willing to cover Oklahoma City and outlying areas; commute required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work weekends/evenings when needed.
• Defensive driving training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships within the local community to grow total membership.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and deadlines for reports.
• Conduct cold calling to arrange meetings with companies, schools, civic organizations, and associations.
• Develop new and existing relationships to increase membership and market growth.
• Promote RBFCU visibility through community events and sponsorships.
• Attend weekly events and serve as primary liaison for promotional affairs in assigned communities.
• Explain RBFCU products and services clearly to prospective and current members.
• Perform other duties as assigned; functions may change.
