Job summary

RBFCU Insurance Agency LLC in the Oklahoma City area seeks a proactive Business Development Representative to build community relationships and drive membership growth. You will engage with local businesses, schools, and organizations, promoting RBFCU products and services and representing the credit union at events.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, one year of related experience, and a valid driver's license; weekend and evening availability is expected to support events

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel across the region.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings when needed.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships within the local community to increase membership growth.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Conduct cold calling to arrange meetings with companies, districts, and associations.
• Promote RBFCU products and services to the public.
• Attend events weekly and participate in community sponsorships.
