Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of corporate customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• At least one year of prior Customer Service experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, courteous manner regarding service, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate fuel deliveries with the dispatch team per customer requests.
• Process orders for customers to secure best price and delivery; handle new customer applications.
• Complete customer bids and respond promptly to help Foster Fuels win orders.
• Support department goals and handle other administrative duties as assigned.
