Job summary

Blue Flame Propane, Inc. in Richmond, MI is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Richmond Bulk Plant. You will handle enrollments, cancellations, and issue resolutions by phone and at the counter, process orders, post payments, and greet visitors.

The role requires friendly, professional communication, data entry accuracy, and solid computer skills. Benefits include 401(k)/profit sharing, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, vacation and holidays, and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints by phone and counter.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
• Process customer orders.

• File and scan documents.
