Responsabilités

• Triage customer technical issues for network/VPN and POS equipment.
• Enter service tickets and track technical issues to resolution.
• Perform remote diagnostics and issue resolution for field equipment.
• Setup remote communication with customer equipment.
• Monitor customer equipment for system failures.
