Job summary

Foster Fuels, based in Brookneal, VA, seeks an Oil & Transport Customer Service Representative to ensure customers receive fuel purchases at the best price with excellent service. The role emphasizes timely responses, accurate orders, and coordinating deliveries with the dispatch team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least one year of previous Customer Service Experience in a corporate environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner with courtesy and professional demeanor to respond to customer inquiries regarding service, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Work with dispatch team to schedule fuel deliveries to customers per their request
• Process orders for customers according to best price/ delivery available and process new customer applications and other required paperwork
• Complete Customer bids as requested and respond in a timely manner to ensure Foster Fuels obtains the order
• Support overall department goals and objectives and perform any other administrative duties as assigned
