Job summary

Victaulic, a leading mechanical pipe joining solutions provider, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Oil & Gas in the Williston, North Dakota area. You will develop and nurture relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners across the territory to drive growth and ensure project success.

You will master Victaulic’s grooved joining solutions, demonstrate value to customers, and coordinate with distributors and regional managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and related sales experience requested.
• Experience in commercial construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s product line and apply it to projects to meet client needs.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners in the territory.
• Present value propositions, conduct job-site demos, and provide installation training.
• Collaborate with distributors and regional managers to achieve sales goals.
