Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products or mechanical items is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and demonstrate value to customers.
• Develop and manage territory plans with opportunity mapping and sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Lead product demonstrations, site trainings, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
