Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Land Administration Assistant to support the Midland Title Analyst team in Houston, TX. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant land administration workflows and handles owner communications, tax matching, and document routing.

Responsibilities include preparing division orders, updating owner accounts, researching ownership, and supporting analysts and management with scheduling and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• +8 years of experience in administrative role.
• +5 years of experience in Land role for Oil and Gas industry (Upstream preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Midland Title Analyst team with timely, accurate land administration workflows.
• Create and route high volumes of inquiries to owner communications and related documents.
• Prepare, distribute, track, and monitor Division Orders and Transfer Orders; coordinate recording of land documents.
• Perform research (LexisNexis, owner records) and assist ownership verification.
• Provide administrative support to Title Analysts and management, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
