Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 8 years of experience in administrative roles.
• 5 years in a Land role for Oil & Gas industry (Upstream preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Tobin Land System.

Responsibilities

• Support Midland Title Analyst team with timely, accurate land workflows.
• Create and route high volumes of owner inquiries and related communications.
• Prepare, distribute, track Division Orders and Transfer Orders.
• Draft routine letters and owner communications; coordinate recording of documents.
• Perform LexisNexis research and IRS Tax Identification Number matching.
• Update owner records and provide admin support to analysts and management.
