Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Title Analyst to join the Land Administration team at a leading Upstream Oil & Gas company in downtown Houston. This role supports leasing, operations, and production activities across domestic division offices by fielding land and royalty related owner inquiries. They will be communication calculation of net revenue interest, joint interest billing concerns, explanation of title requirements for payment, interest conveyances, probate/heirship requirements, the voiding and reissue of rental/royalty checks, and the handling of suspended/escheatable funds.

Responsibilities

• Field land and royalty related owner inquiries across domestic division offices.
• Communicate and calculate net revenue interest, and address joint interest billing concerns.
• Explain title requirements for payment, manage interest conveyances, and handle probate/heirship requirements.
• Void and reissue rental/royalty checks, and manage suspended/escheatable funds.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years of experience analyzing leases and contracts, title opinions, deeds, assignments, probate, and various title curative documents for the purpose of chaining or maintaining interest ownership records
• High School Degree
