Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in Houston seeks a Business Development Associate Director – Oil & Gas to lead growth within existing accounts and win new service offerings in the BPM space. You will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and shape proposals that address complex business needs.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will drive market analysis, open new service lines, and guide SOWs and negotiations to expand Infosys footprint while maintaining strong, long‑term client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• 7+ years of sales/relationship management/account management experience within the BPM industry.
• If a Master’s degree has been completed, then a minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the job description is required.

Responsibilities

• Work towards enhancing market share by performing market development and competitive analysis for the segment in the account portfolio
• Work towards opening diverse service lines in the account
• Prepare proposals and SOWs in the portfolio
• Provide business led view on items of contract negotiations
• Identify and pursue opportunities with different departments / buyers within client organization to expand the Infosys footprint
• Work towards maintaining healthy client relationships
