Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited seeks an experienced Business Development Associate Director – Oil & Gas to drive growth within existing accounts and win new BPM service offerings. You will collaborate with top talent to create innovative BPM solutions tailored to client needs in the Oil & Gas domain.

You will lead market development and opportunity identification across departments, while maintaining strong client relationships and expanding Infosys footprint in the sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required, with option for 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• 7+ years of experience in sales/relationship/account management within BPM
• If a Master's degree is completed, a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships and opportunities within existing accounts
• Sell new BPM service offerings and solutions in Oil & Gas
• Collaborate with talent to create innovative BPM solutions addressing client needs
• Open diverse service lines in the account
• Prepare proposals and SOWs; provide business-led input in contract negotiations
• Identify and pursue opportunities with different departments/buyers to expand Infosys footprint
• Maintain healthy client relationships
