Wayfair Advertising is seeking a Manager, Offsite Retail Media in Boston to scale offsite channels and shape the roadmap for new external media offerings. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive revenue growth and scalable infrastructure.

You will manage partner relations with Meta, Google, and other networks, develop packaging and commercial models, and create compelling materials to enable sales and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, ad tech, or e-commerce growth strategy.
• 1+ years of direct people management or team lead experience.
• Hands-on vendor management with major ad networks or platforms.
• Proven go-to-market and sales enablement experience.
• Analytical capability with SQL to pull performance data.
• Cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams

Responsabilités

• Guide the roadmap for offsite retail media, scaling existing channels while evaluating new ad formats and integrations.
• Own relationships with key external media and ad tech partners, driving joint initiatives and beta tests.
• Define product packaging, entry points, and commercial models to drive supplier adoption.
• Create high-impact sales collateral, pitch decks, and enablement sessions with Sales.
• Align offsite ads with enterprise brand strategy and work with Engineering to automate scalable workflows.
• Conduct self-serve data analysis to track campaign performance and tell data-backed growth stories.
• Coach and manage a team of analysts and associates
