Job summary

VaynerX seeks a senior leader to drive omnichannel retail media strategies, oversee large-scale spend, and nurture client relationships across brands. The role centers on leading cross-functional teams, delivering performance-driven media programs, and shaping agency partnerships within a hybrid NYC-based structure.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in retail media, strong analytics fluency, and a proven track record with SaaS ad tech platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a platform role with large-scale digital media programs.
• Experience overseeing $25M–$50M+ annual retail media spend.
• Proficiency in social retail media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, AMCD, Snowflake) to drive insights.
• Knowledge of leading SaaS platforms (Skai, Pacvue, CommerceIQ, etc.).
• Fluency in analytics, attribution and measurement systems (GA, AMCloud, Tableau).
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across brands.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute omnichannel retail media strategies for client portfolios.
• Lead buying strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Act as primary client and platform partner contact.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and creative teams to meet goals.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders and grow the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive growth.
• Develop internal POVs on agency partnerships and industry trends.
