Wayfair is seeking a senior product leader to shape its next-generation marketing technology platform. You will own a 12–18 month portfolio strategy, partnering with Marketing, ML, Data Engineering, and Storefront teams to translate signals into optimized campaigns and measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading complex data/ML/analytics platforms.
• Proven track record owning a portfolio or multi-year problem space with measurable impact on revenue or growth.
• Strong knowledge of marketing measurement, attribution, bidding, and experimentation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a cross-functional setting.

Aufgaben

• Set product strategy for Wayfair’s next generation MarTech platform with a 12–18 month portfolio roadmap.
• Translate ambiguous marketing challenges into clear opportunities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with channel leaders to expand into new channels and scale investment.
• Shape measurement and attribution ecosystems (MMM, MTA, lift testing, clean rooms).
• Build measurement products with ML/DS collaboration and scalable foundations.
• Design end-to-end workflows for experimentation and campaign optimization.
• Lead AI/GenAI-driven marketing workflows and scaled decisioning capabilities.
• Directly lead Product Managers across the portfolio and drive growth paths.
